The. Last. Week.

I have one week left in my Insanity Max 30 journey!  I can’t believe I have made it this far without skipping a workout, eating any cheat meals, and sticking to the program.  Now when I say I haven’t skipped a workout or had a cheat meal I mean if there was a day when I missed my alarm to wake up in the morning and didn’t get to workout that night, I would double up the next day.  And by not having a single cheat meal, I mean no fast food, cakes, pizza, candy, soda, fried foods, etc.  Did I once in a while have any extra serving of cheese or protein, or maybe an extra container of a carb, uhhh yeah!  Sometimes if you’re really hungry you just need to eat what you want.  I figured that kind of “cheat” is better than ordering a pizza or going through a drive thru.  You can’t be too strict with yourself or you’ll go crazy and binge eat.  Or at least that’s how I am, I’m sure many of you can relate.

Now with only a week left, I am really proud of myself for actually sticking with this program for the entire 60 days.  I can honestly say I even doubted my ability to finish the program. I knew I wanted to do the entire program, but I was worried I wouldn’t have the strength or the motivation to stick with it the entire 60 days.  But this just goes to show you that you can do anything you set your mind to.  I know that sounds cliche, but it’s so true!! I learned more from this program than just better eating habits and workout moves.  I learned that pushing yourself to your max, finding your limit and then pushing passed that makes you an even stronger person.  When you discover your “why” and focus on that you can accomplish anything.  Your “why” is what drives you, it’s the most important thing you can discover and the most important thing you can hold on to.

So I want you all to seriously think about your “why” and figure out what it is you want to accomplish in your own health and fitness goals.  Comment and tell me what your “why” is and what your goals are!
