I am absolutely in love with this veggie stir fry recipe from the Ultimate Reset! I never thought I would love veggie so much! I needed to also add quinoa for this meal, so I first made about 1 cup of cooked quinoa and then added the veggie stir fry on top, mix together and you have the most delicious meal ever!
