-2/3 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (or 1 Red Container)
-2/3 Cup Shredded Chicken seasoned with sea salt & Pepper (or 1 Red Container)
-1 Cup halved Red Grapes (or 1 Purple Container)
-1/2 Cup chopped Red Onion (or 1/2 Green Container)
-1/2 Cup chopped Celery (or 1/2 Green Container)
-1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds (or 1 Blue Container)
-Garlic Powder to taste -Pepper to taste -Sea Salt to taste
-Combine all ingredients in a bowl, chill for 4 hours or overnight and enjoy!
Use with whole wheat crackers or on a Flatout.
